•4 Krispy Toast
•1 romaine lettuce
•125 g diced fully cooked Olymel bacon
•125 ml caesar salad dressing
•100 g grated parmesan
•1 ½ cup bread croutons
•Ground black pepper to taste
1.Wash and cut roughly the romaine lettuce.
2.In a big bowl, mix the lettuce, the Parmesan, the caesar dressing with the bread croutons and then pepper to taste.
3.In four large plates, divide the mixed salad in four equal parts and then spread the bacon.
4.Cook the Chicken Krispy Toast twice using a toaster at maximum power and then cut them in strips.
5.Add the Krispy Toast strips onto the salad. Serve immediately.
