Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 50 ml (¼ cup) liquid honey
  • 2 egg whites
  • 7 containers, of 60 g each of Yoplait Minigo Vanilla Fresh Cheese
  • Preparation

    1. Beat the egg yolks and honey in a bowl.  Set aside.  Whip the egg whites into a firm meringue.  With a spatula, gently blend the egg whites with the yolks.  Add Yoplait Minigo Fresh Cheese to the mixture.
    2. Serve in decorative cups.

    Tips and tricks

     

    Suggestion:  Garnish with your favourite wild berries and serve with Spirouline sticks or shortbread cookies.

    Tip:  Be careful to fully separate the egg yolk from the white;  the smallest amount of yolk can prevent a firm meringue from forming.
